Drunk Athlete » PGA http://drunkathlete.com Find out what these athletes are doing on their off time Thu, 11 Mar 2010 06:47:11 +0000 http://wordpress.org/?v=2.8 en hourly 1 Tiger Woods May Have Been Drunk http://drunkathlete.com/2009/12/16/tiger-woods-may-have-been-drunk/ http://drunkathlete.com/2009/12/16/tiger-woods-may-have-been-drunk/#comments Thu, 17 Dec 2009 00:50:28 +0000 admin http://drunkathlete.com/?p=1243 Better late than never with this one, but the Orlando Sentinel have a police report in which a witness (Elin) said that Tiger had been drinking prior to the car accident.  A police officer put in his statement that he suspected the driver was intoxicated and that the blood results should be subpoenaed.  Florida law says for a subpoena to be successful the officer must have probable cause to pursue the case by using other factors such as the smell of alcohol, or evidence of drug use, and at this point the police have not pursued DUI charges against the golfer.
