Mark Grace was stopped for a DUI shortly after 1am on May 30th.  He admitted he had a few drinks and was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.  He had a blood alcohol content over .08.  This is the best mug shot we have ever seen.

Here is Arizona Diamondbacks outfielder Eric Byrnes at a big wave surfer party.  Byrnes, a Northern California native, is seen partying after a big wave contest at Mavericks in Half Moon Bay. Waves at Mavericks top out at 50ft.
