Tiger Woods May Have Been Drunk
December 16th, 2009 by adminThe Orlando Sentinel has a police report in which a witness (Elin) said that Tiger Woods had been drinking prior to his November 27th car accident. A police officer put in his statement that he suspected the driver was intoxicated and that the blood results should be subpoenaed.
Florida law says for a subpoena to be successful the officer must have probable cause to pursue the case by using other factors such as the smell of alcohol, or evidence of drug use, and at this point the police have not pursued DUI charges against the golfer.
Here are pictures of Tigers car and accident location. Thanks to the Smoking Gun.
